Last Tuesday we had an anti war vigil in Westborough, Massachusetts. It was hosted by Ruth Beck of Saint Stephens Church in Westborough and Metrowest Peace Action based in Natick, MA.
Metrowest Peace Action holds moving vigils in the Framingham, Natick, Wayland, Walpole and now the Westborough community. Following each meeting, members meet at a local spot for the monthly meeting. About 30 people showed up to hold signs, and the group received many thumbs up from passing motorists. The theme was Out of Afhganistan Now and Bring Our Soldiers Home. There was a lively discussion after the vigil at Saint Stephens Episcopal Church nearby.
